What Should I Do Before I Dig?
Before you dig, please call our office to schedule a time to locate/flag water lines.
Please call at least 3 days prior to excavating to allow us time to mark the site.
When is my Bill Due?
All bills are due by the 8th of the month. After the 8th, you will be assessed a 10% penalty (on water amount only) and then have until the 18th of the month to pay before subject to any disconnection. On the 19th of the month all unpaid bills are subject to disconnect. If the 8th or 18th falls on a weekend you will have all day the following Monday to pay.
What Happens if it is After 4pm or on a Weekend and a Water Line Breaks?
