Welcome to the Magoffin County Water District. We are a non-profit water utility dedicated to the customers we serve. On behalf of the management and staff, we are glad you’re here. We take seriously our commitment to our customers and providing a vital resource to our community.
Our mission statement is as follows:
The Magoffin County Water District exists to provide a safe and reliable supply of fresh, potable water to the citizens of Magoffin County.
Water District functions and responsibilities are:
- Meet and/or exceed Federal, State, and County guidelines as they apply to water.
- Continual cross-connection control program
- 24 hour emergency water main repair
- Operation and maintenance of all storage and pumping facilities
- Monthly billings for Magoffin County Water District customers
